STAPLETON PUBLIC SCHOOLS STAPLETON NEBRASKA HEAD CUSTODIAN Stapleton Public School is seeking applicants for a full-time head custodian to maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe environment for staff and approximately 200 students. The grounds include one primary school, a weight room, and a shop. Responsibilities include various custodial duties to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of all places and facilities, and event set up and tear down. Job duties include, but are not limited to: supervising custodial staff, cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, mopping, cleaning restrooms, and performing repairs to the building, furniture, fixtures, and custodial equipment. The applicant must possess a high school diploma, read, and use information obtained from written sources, visual displays, and measuring devices. They must read and comprehend instructions on the correct use, care, and storage of custodial equipment and chemicals. The individual must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift to 50 pounds. The custodian will receive full family insurance, retirement, five vacation days, and five days of sick leave. Salary is negotiable. The position will start on June 1, 2021.
