All nominations must be received by March 8th, 2021. Nomination forms will be active for 3 years.A diverse judging panel will review all nominations to determine the winner in each category.

Criteria:
• Demonstrated achievement in the workplace or within the community
• Commitment to service to the community and to improving the community in which she livesand/or the quality of life for others within the community
• Evidence of socially responsible, ethical, and outstanding leadership either in specific positionsof responsibility or while engaged in service activities in the following categories: Business,Cultural Arts, Education, Volunteer, Social Services, Government/Law, Medical & UpcomingWomen of Achievement (under 25)
